Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Develop expertise about the merchandise.
• Merchandise product per company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches as needed.
• Support with additional tasks.
