Job summary

DÔEN is seeking a Part Time Stylist to join our Newport Beach team. The role focuses on delivering personalized client experiences on the sales floor, offering styling advice, and representing the brand with a premium service standard.

Hours are 20-30 per week, schedule Sun-Wed 10AM-6PM and Thu-Sat 10AM-7PM. Compensation is $24-$25 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a luxury retail setting in Lido Marina Village.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion retail, luxury retail preferred.
• Energetic, confident and adaptable personality, with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Technological competency; experience with Shopify desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized client experience by leading with exceptional service on the sales floor, greeting customers in a timely and engaging manner, and providing styling advice that reflects the brand’s aesthetic using product knowledge.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Drive business growth and meet sales goals as an individual and as part of the store team, by addressing customer needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain a book of business through building client relationships
• Arrive on time and be floor ready with a professional presence in line with the Dôen brand, and respond promptly to internal and external communication.
• Maintain visual standards on a daily basis, while supporting a visually enticing store and backstock that is neat, clean, and organized.
• Interface with the store team in a manner that promotes learning, respect and a positive work environment.
• Understand and follow employee handbook and company guidelines including but not limited to core values, dress code guidelines and customer service guidelines.
• Protect store assets and inventory.
• Abide by company policies.
