Job summary

DÔEN is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Stylist to join our West Village-inspired team in Larkspur, CA. The role focuses on delivering personalized service, styling advice, and building client relationships while maintaining brand standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in fashion retail, with luxury experience preferred. Flexible scheduling, weekend availability, and strong communication are important for success on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fashion retail environment. Luxury retail preferred.
• Energetic, confident and adaptable personality, with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Technological competency and computer literacy; experience with Shopify desired.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow employee handbook and company guidelines including but not limited to core values, dress code guidelines and customer service guidelines.
• Protect store assets and inventory.
• Abide by company policies.

Classification: Non-Exempt

Hourly Range*: $23.00 - $26.00/hour

Location: 2217 Larkspur Landing Circle, Larkspur, CA 94939

Working Hours: Mon - Sat 10AM - 6PM, Sun 11AM - 5PM

DÔEN is looking for a dynamic and experienced Stylist to join our growing team in West Village located on Bleecker ST. The Stylist will be primarily responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers and speaking authentically about our product and company. Sales and Client Development

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to move through a store for most of a shift to help customers and accomplish assigned tasks.
• Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using the POS register system.
• Verbal and written communication with others.
• Able to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones.
• Must be able to access various areas of a given location and lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25lbs minimum including fixtures and product.
