• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable in-store experience by following the ZEGNA Selling Flow and embodying the ZEGNA Mindset.
• Actively build relationships with new and existing clients through networking, CRM follow-ups, and personalized selling.
• Develop and drive business by identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Engage customers in consultations to uncover preferences and deliver curated total looks.
