Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Excellent English language proficiency and strong customer service skills.
• Familiar with cash registers and POS systems (iPad/laptop, walkie talkie).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance at the checkout.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Support visual merchandising and replenish the sales floor as needed.
