Job summary

Coach in Lutz, FL is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team. This role supports in-store shopping experiences, handles transactions, and contributes to brand initiatives.

You will build relationships with clients, leverage clienteling and social media to drive sales across in-store and online channels, and help keep the floor energized and visually appealing.

Part-time hours include nights and weekends; prior luxury retail and fashion knowledge is preferable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends.
• POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Experience with clienteling and data capture.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energetic, organized selling floor and stockroom.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
