• Proficiency with Cegid for sales, returns, CRM, and reporting.
• Proficient with UPS system; able to manage shipments and stock.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maximize sales by guiding clients to purchases.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise care information.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and manage cash.
• Develop and maintain client books.
• Assist in merchandising, floor moves, and stock replenishment.
