Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Extensive personal selling and customer relationship experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have flexible work hours, including overnight, evening shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, move, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and achieve personal sales goals.
• Use sales techniques and broad product knowledge to create experiential client experiences and communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy.
• Ensure adherence to all sales and operating policies and procedures.
