Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience; verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and communicate Tory Burch brand lifestyle.
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
