Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail professional to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on delivering a transformational client experience and representing the Tory Burch lifestyle with every customer interaction.

This role requires a passion for fashion, strong selling skills, and a collaborative spirit to contribute to store success. You will build relationships, drive sales, and uphold brand standards while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with store

Qualifications

One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
Deliver the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating Tory Burch brand philosophy.
Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures to ensure loss prevention and store standards.
