Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) in luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash registers, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie talkie, and reading price/product release sheets.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador locally; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, capture customer information where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, work with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
