Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a sales associate for our stores in the United States to deliver a transformational client experience and contribute to sales growth through personal selling and product knowledge.

You will build relationships with customers, maintain store standards, and contribute to a team that upholds Tory Burch values while supporting loss prevention and brand integrity. 1–3 years’ retail experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume retail
• Strong selling and customer relations experience with good communication
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods
