Responsibilities

Drive the business and deliver sales against personal and store metrics.
Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
Maintain an organized client book to drive proactive sales.
Engage in clienteling, outreach and events to broaden traffic.
Lead by example, foster team collaboration and maintain a positive store culture.
Represent the brand and ensure brand standards and store presentation.
Process POS transactions accurately and support back-of-house operations.
Uphold loss prevention and operational excellence.
