Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Reading and writing English fluently required.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and aggressively sell property products and services; respond to inquiries and conduct site tours.
• Develop, implement sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and improve occupancy.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and monitor competition through site visits.
• Prepare lease paperwork and explain documents to residents; ensure documents are completed before move-in.
• Adhere to policies for applicant qualifications, screening and acceptance.
• Assist with daily operations and coordinate with on-site staff to ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve resident requests and complaints.
• Maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data; assist with monthly close.
• Deliver resident gifts and plan/host resident events.
• Follow lease renewal program to maximize renewals.
• Participate in training classes and meetings.
