• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about competition through site visits and surveys.
• Prepare lease paperwork and explain documents to new residents; ensure completion prior to move-in.
• Assist with on-site operations to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and well maintained.
• Respond to resident requests, resolve issues, and maintain high customer service standards.
