Job summary

Blue Nile is seeking a Part-Time Luxury Sales Consultant for our Lenox Square showroom in Atlanta, GA. The role requires a passion for education, exceptional customer service, and the ability to represent the Blue Nile brand with a high level of professionalism.

You will help customers understand jewelry purchases, maintain a premier client experience, and contribute to achieving sales and service goals while upholding the company’s luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Jewelry experience a plus but not required.
• Mandarin Speaking Preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, creative problem solving, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the Blue Nile difference, instilling trust and confidence in our brand.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and continually develop product knowledge to educate customers.
• Communicate accurate information and set clear expectations for customers, ensuring an on-brand Blue Nile experience.
• Proactively follow up on internal and external communications while maintaining service standards.
