The Betsy Hotel on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach seeks a part-time Host to warmly welcome guests at LT Steak & Seafood and The Alley. You will manage reservations, greet diners, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, updating the reservations system, and communicating special requests to servers. A friendly, professional demeanor and strong English communication are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality management degree or certificate preferred.
• Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Detail-oriented and professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Makes reservations for guests collecting date, time, party size, name, phone, and any special occasion or requirements; repeats it back to the guest with their name.
• Ensures all messages are registered in the hotel’s reservations system.
• Takes accurate to-go orders from guests and inputs into the POS system.
• Seats guests, hands them a clean menu, and introduces them to their Server.
• Ensures guests are satisfied with their experience before they depart.
