Hosts are the first point of contact for arriving guests, manage reservations, input to the POS, and ensure smooth service flow. A strong command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Makes reservations for guests and collects required data (date, time, party size, name, phone, special occasions).
• Takes accurate to-go orders and inputs into POS system.
• Seats guests, hands menus, and introduces them to their Server.
• Answers phones promptly and professionally; knows menu items and prices.
• Notifies Manager of large parties or special requests.
• Ensures guest satisfaction before departure; checks reservations for next meal period.
