Job summary

Atrium, a premium fashion retailer, seeks a Part-Time Client Advisor to support a contemporary fashion retail team in Paramus, NJ. This 24-hour-per-week role focuses on weekend coverage, delivering an exceptional client experience, and driving sales through styling recommendations and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate is fashion-forward, confident in client engagement, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Previous retail sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client engagement, styling, and relationship building.
Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional client experience and provide personalized service.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
Drive sales by showcasing products and communicating the brand's story.
Provide styling recommendations and help clients find versatile pieces for their wardrobes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the brand professionally on the sales floor.
Support daily store operations and maintain a polished, organized sales floor.
Work collaboratively with the team while taking initiative to support business goals.
