Atrium is seeking a motivated Part-Time Client Advisor to support a contemporary fashion retail team at a Paramus, NJ shopping mall. The role focuses on weekend business, delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales, and providing styling recommendations.

Approximately 24 hours per week, with potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong communication, confidence in client engagement and relationship

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.

• Provide styling recommendations and help clients find versatile pieces for their wardrobes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the brand professionally on the sales floor.
• Support daily store operations and maintain a polished, organized sales floor.
• Work collaboratively with the team while taking initiative to support business goals.
