Job summary

Petco Love Lost is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate Customer Support Coordinator to help keep the platform running smoothly and support its users nationwide. This remote, part-time role requires availability on at least 1–2 weekend days and about 30 hours per week.

You will monitor user messages, respond to inquiries, flag issues, and document interactions while coordinating with product and engineering teams to prioritize tasks and maintain a trustworthy experience for pet owners.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in handling inquiries.
• Clear, professional written communication across text and email.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and queues independently.

Responsibilities
