Summary

A Client Specialist on the fashion accessories floor provides high-touch customer service and expert product knowledge for handbags, small leather goods, and related accessories at the Willowbrook Mall location. The role focuses on building client relationships, delivering personalized styling advice, and driving sales through exceptional in-store experiences. The specialist works collaboratively with the team to maintain presentation standards and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Drive individual sales by achieving personal and store targets and building clienteling activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
• Process transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and operate POS systems accurately.
• Support inventory management, restocking, and in-store replenishment tasks.

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion accessories or luxury retail.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
