Job summary

Talanto is seeking passionate LSAT tutors for a part-time, fully remote role. The position involves approximately 20 hours per week, with tutoring and preparation time scheduled around student availability, including after-school hours, evenings, and weekends.

You'll work one-on-one with students, create personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every LSAT section. Remote work is supported from the United States or Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Must have previously taken the LSAT.
• Baseline LSAT score of 170+.
• 1–2 years of teaching or tutoring experience desired.
• Able to provide LSAT test preparation for the full exam and each section.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Copy of official LSAT score report required.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the LSAT exam.
• Tailor an LSAT curriculum to the student's needs.
• Track and analyze student progress.
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress.
• Keep students’ families up to date on progress.
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable teaching all sections of the LSAT.

The Role

We are looking for Law School Admission Test (LSAT) Tutors who are passionate about education and driven to help students succeed. If you love mentoring, test prep, and empowering others, this is the role for you! You’ll work one-on-one with students, create personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every section of the LSAT.

This part-time role requires a commitment of approximately20 hours per week, including tutoring and preparation time. Tutoring sessions are scheduled around student availability and may include weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends.This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

• Able to provide LSAT test preparation for the full exam and each section
• Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment
