Job summary

TranscendED is seeking a compassionate LPN with Med Pass Certification to support our residential treatment facility in Monroe, North Carolina. This part-time role totals 10 hours per week across two locations, with up to 6 clients per residence.

Responsibilities include daily medication administration, EMR documentation, MAR management, and collaboration with the Treatment Team. NC licensure and Med Pass endorsement required; prior med-pass experience in residential settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Carolina
• Med Pass certification
• Experience performing med passes in residential settings preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1 year of nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Daily medication administration for up to 6 clients at each residence
• Complete nursing notes and EMR documentation
• MAR management
• Collaborate with Treatment Team for holistic care
• Attend weekly interdisciplinary team meeting (virtual)
• Provide nursing consultation as needed
• Administer first aid/body checks PRN
• Report to Nursing Supervisor or Residential Supervisor
