Qualifications

• LPN Certification from an accredited program and an active in-state license to practice is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of one year health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Wellness Director to coordinate and provide medical, mental and dental services for students.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant medical records and confidentiality.
• Performs first aid and bedside patient care as required.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment within Wellness Services.
• Adheres to safety, attendance and professional standards.
