Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for The Residence at Selleck's Woods in Darien, CT. Shifts include day and evenings, weekends, with a wage band of $34.25 - $36.75 per hour based on experience.

The role supports the Resident Care Team and may include on-call duties. Requirements include a high school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing Program, plus at least two years of geriatric health care experience and a current RN or LPN license in CT.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a geriatric setting or similar health environment.
• Current RN or LPN license in the state you are employed.
• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates and collaborate with the Resident Care Director.
• Monitor resident health needs and assist with care plans per state requirements.
• Administer topical and oral medications as ordered; assist with injections where allowed.
• Assist with staffing coverage, on-call duties, and incident reporting as needed.
