Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.
As a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Chartiers Center's residential program, you will play a key role in supporting the health, wellness, and recovery of up to 16 residents living with mental health challenges. In this rewarding position, you will provide compassionate nursing care, monitor residents' physical and behavioral health needs, administer medications, coordinate with treatment teams, and help promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic living environment. Working closely with psychiatrists, therapists, residential staff, and other healthcare professionals, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals as they work toward greater independence, stability, and recovery.
