Chartiers Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Residential Treatment Program in Bridgeville, PA. You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, providing skilled care under the guidance of the Program Director.

Duties include planning the care plan, administering medications, maintaining health profiles through documentation, and collaborating with the team to support clients’ recovery goals.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in Pennsylvania required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar setting.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Residential Treatment Program you would be a critical member of a multidisciplinary team and would be responsible for providing skilled care under the guidance of the Director of the Residential Treatment Program. Job duties include:
