Job summary

Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit organization in Carnegie, PA, seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support up to 16 residents in a residential program. You will administer medications, monitor health, coordinate with treatment teams, and promote a safe, recovery-focused environment in collaboration with psychiatrists and therapists.

Daylight, evenings, and/or weekend hours are available.

Qualifications

LPN licensure with the state of Pennsylvania required
One (1) year experience
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Administering medications accurately and safely while monitoring residents for effectiveness, side effects, and overall well-being.
Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential health records and documentation to ensure current and comprehensive resident health profiles.
Completing nursing and medical components of treatment plans, including assessments, health monitoring, and coordination of care.
Collaborating with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, residential staff, and other interdisciplinary team members to support residents' medical and behavioral health needs.
Responding to health concerns, providing education and support to residents, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
Contributing to a safe, caring, and recovery-focused environment that empowers individuals to achieve their personal recovery goals and improve their overall quality of life.
