Vetted Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe, accurate medication management in a senior living environment in Bloomington, IL. You will administer medications per physician orders, document updates in MAR/TAR in real time, and monitor residents for changes or adverse reactions.

You will collaborate with the care team to transcribe orders, update care plans, maintain secure medication carts, and ensure regulatory compliance to promote safety and well-being for

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document medication administration and health updates in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Monitor residents for symptoms, adverse reactions, and cognitive or physical changes; report concerns promptly.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates with SHUs.
• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote resident safety by preventing medication errors and early health change detection.

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse in senior living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document medication administration and health updates in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Monitor residents for symptoms, adverse reactions, and physical, emotional, or cognitive changes, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Support care plan updates by transcribing physician orders and conducting Service & Health Updates (SHUs).
• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Play a vital role in resident safety by preventing medication errors and early health change detection.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.
