Sweetwater Care in Gallatin, TN is seeking compassionate RNs and LVNs for part-time night shifts (7PM to 11PM), with 4+ days per week. We welcome multi-state licensees, new graduates, and seasoned nurses, offering competitive wages and flexible opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles.

Qualified applicants hold a current LVN/RN license in the practicing state and have BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one. Nursing management experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/RN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
