Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as a licensed practical nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions to implement intervention and develop care plans.
• Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
• Document in medical records and PCC.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing and Unit Managers on care goals.
• Supervise and assist CNAs with resident care.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
