Bond Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time 16-hour/week position in New York. You will work under a Medical Director, assisting the RN, dispensing medications and providing nursing support for HIV-related care within the clinic.

The role includes tracking HIV patient care, maintaining records, and performing phlebotomy, EKGs, and vital signs. A state LPN license is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills with EMR knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Assist the RN in duties and ensure clinic continuity in RN absence.
• Dispense medications and observe patient behavior to ensure safety.
• Serve as HIV Coordinator for tracking HIV patient medical care.
• Maintain medical charts, appointment book and logs.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs and vital signs as needed.
• Contribute to quality care and reimbursement processes.
