Job summary

Trillion Health & Hormone in Topeka, KS, is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our growing team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). You will help establish the Topeka clinic, develop relationships with patients, and support providers with visits, treatments, and procedures within your scope.

As patient volume grows, there will be opportunities for additional days and hours. We value dependable, organized LPNs who communicate well and enjoy being part of a growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas LPN license in good standing.
• Strong patient-care skills.
• Professional, dependable, and organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in wellness or related areas of healthcare is a plus.
• Genuinely enjoys connecting with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, compassionate patient care.
• Support providers with patient visits, treatments, and clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
• Obtain and document patient information accurately.
• Assist with patient education and follow-up.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed and permitted by applicable law and professional scope.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
• Follow Trillion Health & Hormone clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience.
• Support the growth and development of the Topeka clinic.
• Work collaboratively with providers and other members of the Trillion team.
