Trillion Health & Hormone is seeking an LPN to join our growing Topeka clinic on a part-time basis. This role starts with 2 days per week, with the potential to add days as patient volume grows.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Kansas, patient-focused, highly organized, and a team player who can support providers, document accurately, and help deliver exceptional care in a welcoming clinical environment. Growth opportunities exist as the clinic expands.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas LPN license in good standing.
• Strong patient-care skills.
• Professional, dependable, and organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in wellness, hormone health, aesthetics, longevity, or related areas of healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, compassionate patient care.
• Support providers with patient visits, treatments, and clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
• Obtain and document patient information accurately.
• Assist with patient education and follow-up.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
• Follow clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience.
• Support the growth and development of the Topeka clinic.
• Work collaboratively with providers and other members of the Trillion team.
