Trillion Health & Hormone is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Topeka clinic 2 days per week, with potential for more days as patient volume grows. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and educate patients about options and ongoing care while collaborating with a growing clinical team.

Active Kansas NP license with national certification is required; compensation ranges from $48 to $68 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within Trillion Health & Hormone’s scope of services.
• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, health goals, medications, and ongoing care.
• Practice in accordance with Kansas laws, standards, and policies.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Participate in growth and development of the Topeka clinic.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and clinic operations.
