Qualifications

• CPR certification and basic first aid required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents within the scope of an LPN, including medication management and wound care.
• Supervise care provided by HHAs and RCAs.
• Document care and services in the electronic health record.
• Follow Inspīr policies and procedures and participate in training sessions.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Care staff as needed.
