Maplewood Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time evening shift in New York, NY. You will provide skilled nursing care to residents, administer medications, and supervise HHAs/RCAs under Nursing Leadership.

Applicants must hold an NY LPN license, with 2+ years of nursing experience (home health care preferred); CPR/First Aid. We offer competitive wages, flexible shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed to practice in New York.
• Associates degree or diploma in nursing with 2+ years of full-time clinical nursing experience, including home health.
• Diploma/Associates degree with 4+ years of nursing experience in past 10 years, including home health.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
• Experience with and/or interest in working with seniors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, including catheter care, wound care, dressing changes, nebulizer treatments, ostomy care, and medication management.
• Administer medications and assist residents with self-administration.
• Supervise HHAs and RCAs.
• Document care in the electronic health record using nursing standards.
• Follow Inspīr policies and procedures and participate in staff meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Care staff.
