Tapestry Senior Living of Springboro is seeking a Part-time LPN to join our resident-focused team in Springboro, OH. Starting pay is $26.00/hour with credit for experience. One weekday and one weekend shift every four weeks helps you plan around your life.

You'll deliver nursing care under Ohio regulations, administer medications, coordinate with the Resident Services Director, and support care staff to ensure consistent coverage and a calm, safe environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Ohio required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following Ohio regulations and each resident's care plan.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health, flagging changes early.
• Help plan and coordinate services with the Resident Services Director.
• Guide and support care staff to maintain consistent coverage across shifts.
• Keep the care environment clean, safe, and calm for residents and families.
