Job summary

Hillspring of Springboro, a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, is seeking full-time, part-time, or PRN night shift Charge Nurse Leaders. You will provide direct patient care and oversee nurse aides, ensuring high‑quality care on the nursing units and meeting residents’ needs and those of their families.

Pay ranges from $29.00 to $33.00 per hour based on LPN credentials, with additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active license in Ohio.
• Maintains licensure and CPR certification.
• Desire to work with elderly residents and families.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up when patient situations require.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to patients.
• Oversees nursing staff and unit operations as directed by ADON/DON.
• Administers medications per physician orders.
• Instructs and observes care per physician orders or standards of practice.
• Assists with admission and discharge processes.
