MediLodge of Midland is seeking a Part-Time/PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate and provide nursing care for residents at our Midland, MI facility. The role includes supervision of clinical staff, medication administration, and ensuring quality patient care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program, a valid LPN/LVN license in Michigan, CPR certification, and about one year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LNV school of nursing.

Responsabilités

• Documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on residents' needs and qualifications.
• Supervises and evaluates junior staff and CNAs.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents per regulations.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are maintained safely.
• Reports observations and reactions regarding residents.
• Coordinates care during therapy or procedures with other departments.
• Interviews applicants and assists in hiring decisions within state rules.
