Job summary

MediLodge of Grand Rapids is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate and provide nursing care for residents. This role supports supervision of clinical staff and ensures quality, compassionate care on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document residents’ condition and nursing needs.
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff and CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments; document per regulations.
• Coordinate nursing care during therapy or procedures.
