Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited State Board of Nursing LPN Program required.
• Minimum of 1 year preferred; required knowledge of applying age-specific growth and development to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with examinations and treatments.
• Document patient care in health records per department standards.
• Assist with telephone triage under provider oversight.
• Coordinate information with patients, pharmacies, and other providers as directed.
