PeaceHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Clinic for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position in Oregon. The salary range for this role is $28.73 – $43.09 per hour, with the hiring rate influenced by education, training, experience, and any applicable bargaining agreement.

The LPN Clinic collaborates with physicians and the broader care team to provide quality ambulatory nursing care, including rooming patients, assisting with exams, triage, and documenting care in the health record.

Qualifications

• Accredited LPN program required.
• Current Oregon LPN license required at hire.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement patient care under supervision and prepare for examination.
• Provide direct patient care and assist provider with examination and treatment.
• May perform telephone triage under provider oversight using protocols and resources.
• Document patient care in health records per department standards.
• Coordinate information with patients, pharmacies, and other providers as directed.
• Maintain professional development and participate in education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
