Trinity Health in White Lake, MI is seeking a Nurse Manager (LPN) for a part-time role with approximately 16 hours per week. Shifts include every other Friday and Monday and every other weekend, typically 10am–6pm or 11am–7pm.

The ideal candidate will hold a Michigan LPN license with at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living or long-term care. You will lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance

Formación

• Current Michigan LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Assisted Living or Long-term care experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership: Lead by example and inspire your team to provide the best care possible.
• Patient Care: Ensure patients receive top-notch care and support; monitor conditions and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Team Development: Mentor and support nursing staff for growth and tool/resource access.
• Administrative Duties: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
