Job summary

Marquette is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Assisted Living Unit. You will provide high-quality nursing care during the 2PM-10:30PM shift and supervise unit personnel to ensure care tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The role requires Indiana LPN licensure, nursing proficiency, and at least 1 year of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and passed board exam.
• Currently licensed as LPN by Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing regulations and nursing practice standards.
• Understanding of management and supervision principles.
• 1 year or more experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in resident care per nursing standards and policies.
• Performs rounds to assess health/mental status and reports changes promptly.
• Documents nursing care, medications, incidents, and orders accurately.
• Delegates tasks appropriately to unit staff and aides.
• Supports Director of Nursing with other duties as assigned.
