Job summary

Marquette is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Assisted Living Unit. The LPN will provide quality nursing care on the assigned shift, supervise unit personnel, and coordinate care duties to support our residents.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active Indiana LPN license, knowledge of nursing regulations, and at least one year of experience in assisted living or memory care. The position offers competitive pay and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and passed board exam.
• Currently licensed with the Indiana State Board as LPN.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, regulations and supervision.
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in providing care for residents.
• Performs rounds and reports changes in conditions.
• Documents nursing care and medications timely and accurately.
• Delegates tasks to appropriate staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing.
