Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold an active Colorado LPN license.
- CPR certification required.
- Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants, medications passes and treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and coordinate care with the team.
- Collaborate with care staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate resident care.
