Job summary
MTC Care in Keene, NH is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor for a hybrid, full-time role (32 hrs/wk) to serve adults and seniors in skilled nursing and assisted living environments. You will provide individual and group psychotherapy, conduct mood screenings, and develop tailored treatment plans with an emphasis on compassionate care.

Qualifications
- MSW required for clinical governance and treatment planning.
- Licensed Professional Counselor with ability to practice and bill independently.
- Experience treating adults and seniors with serious mental illness is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
- Complete mood and symptom-based screenings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and/or seniors.
- Collaborate with facility staff and consult with interdisciplinary teams.
- Serve as a seasoned social work consultant in long-term care facilities.
