Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling required.
  • Eligible for LPC Associate Licensure.
  • Experience counseling in clinical/private practice preferred.
  • Knowledge of CBT and solution-focused therapy helpful.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, couples, and/or group counseling sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Provide guidance to clients in managing emotional and psychological challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couples, and/or group counseling sessions to assess and address clients’ mental health concerns.

  • Provide guidance and support to clients in managing and coping with emotional and psychological challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
  • Eligible for LPC Associate Licensure.
  • Proven experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or private practice setting.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
